40+4 weeks pregnant nausea, back,belly, head ache labour?

hello, i'm now 40+4 weeks pregnant everything aches and i get tummy and back cramps feeling sick (but havn't been sick) lost the plug last saturday, when is my baby going to come?? this is my second my first was 6 days late seen the midwife today and head is only 1/5th engaged burst into tears :-( felt silly but i can't stop crying and being moody, please any advice greatfully received xx
