Seniors, do you still polish & take special care of your leather shoes & purses?

I was taught to keep my shoes/boots up in the Navy. I still do. In fact, I was with my wife in Wal-Mart tonight (buying yarn to make more slippers that she gives away) and I remembered my PARADE GLOSS KIWI BLACK polish was almost out. Just finished giving my dress boots and my work shoes a good glossy shine.
