Why is my ex always putting me down?

we are both about to be 19 we had a really bad break up and just recently been trying to get along I just had his baby and now hes saying my vagina is loose ( havent had sex ) and that im damaged goods . I dont let it show but it really hurts my feeling ... i even cried like how can you want to hurt someone so bad. he doesnt even ask about the baby but hes texting me asking if ive had sex with anyone else. I HATE HIM SO MUCH
