Would it make me a bad person if...?

One of my close friends wants to give me a lot of gifts. She has connections with Apple, Coach, Marc Jacobs, etc. Would it make me bad to accept all of the prezzies? So far she wants to give me a laptop, a handbag and tickets to the premiere of the Deathly Hallows 2 (she had extras). I kind of feel mixed because I feel kinda bad b/c I don't have a lot of stuff to give to her but I also really want these gifts! She says it's fine and that I don't have to worry about it but IDK what to do! Help?
